How To Use Perima's Masala.
Add 3 - 4 Tablespoons per 1 KG of meat, seafood, or vegetables.
Adjust seasoning for desired flavour and heat intensity.
These guidelines apply to both the 1-2-3 Spice Method and 1-Step Magic Mix.
The 1-2-3 Spice Method (For curries).
Step 1: Heat oil, let onions dance until translucent. Add green chilli (optional) and fresh curry leaves. Lower the heat, add Perima's Kitchen All-In-One Masala and let it bloom.
Step 2: Add tomatoes (a pinch of sugar) and cook to form a rich curry base. Add meat of choice and salt to taste.
Step 3: Add potatoes. Halfway through add boiling water and cook until done. Garnish with fresh coriander.
The 1-Step Magic Mix (For grilling, roasting & air frying).
Mix Perima's Masala with a little oil and salt to form a marinade.
Rub onto your meat. Grill, Roast, or airfry. Done!
